How FilingGuard works

A paid document-review report for official-looking notices.

FilingGuard helps you pause before paying by reviewing visible notice details for source, payment, and language signals.

The review process

Upload the notice and complete the visible details requested by the review form. FilingGuard reads the uploaded file, checks the sender, amount, deadline, notice type, and visible language, then returns a plain-English Detailed Review report.

The report is meant to help you decide what to verify next. It should not be treated as a final decision about whether a notice is real, fake, owed, or legally required.

Result categories

Likely Official means official-source indicators were present and fewer concern signals were found.

Verify First means some details should be checked through the official source before paying.

Do Not Pay Yet means strong concern signals were found and you should avoid paying that sender until you verify through an official channel.

Needs Human Review means the notice may need closer review before any payment decision.

Limitations

FilingGuard is not a government agency and does not provide legal, financial, or government-agency advice. Reports are based on visible notice details and may miss context that a professional reviewer or official source would catch.

Always verify payment instructions, deadlines, and amounts through the official source before paying.
