Privacy
Plain-English privacy notes for FilingGuard.
FilingGuard uses uploaded notices to prepare paid document-review reports. This page explains what that means in practical terms.
Uploaded notices
Uploaded files are used to prepare paid document-review reports. FilingGuard reads visible notice details such as sender information, payment language, amounts, deadlines, source indicators, and solicitation disclaimers.
AI service providers
FilingGuard may use AI service providers to process visible notice details and help identify risk signals. Those providers may receive the uploaded file or extracted notice text as part of the review process.
Sensitive information
Before uploading, redact Social Security numbers, bank or card details, employee information, signatures, unrelated account numbers, and unrelated tax identifiers. Keep the sender, price, deadline, payment path, cited agency or law, and disclosures visible when those details are needed for the review.
Labor-law poster notice reviews
FilingGuard uses organization type, employee answer, state or territory, and other questionnaire details only as customer-provided context. Those answers do not independently determine poster applicability or compliance, and they are not analytics event parameters.
Category questionnaires
A category-specific review may store the answers you enter with the review's visible details so the report can compare customer-entered information with document extraction. FilingGuard does not send those answers, business names, sender names, notice amounts, deadlines, notice URLs, addresses, extraction data, or report content as Google Analytics or advertising event parameters.
Analytics
FilingGuard may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand page visits, CTA clicks, product-funnel activity, and completed purchases. For server-side purchase measurement, FilingGuard may send pseudonymous Google Analytics client and session identifiers, an opaque transaction identifier, purchase value, and currency. FilingGuard does not send uploaded notice contents, notice text, report contents, customer email addresses, review identifiers, access tokens, or payment and Stripe identifiers for analytics measurement.
Important limits
FilingGuard is not a government agency and does not provide legal advice. A FilingGuard report does not guarantee that a notice is real or fake, and it does not confirm whether you legally owe a payment.
